You walk us through the workflow that's leaking value. We ask questions, sketch the failure points, and try to find at least one specific direction worth trying.

Written recommendation
Within a week of the working session, you get a one-page memo with a recommended engagement type, scope, and rough investment range. No pressure to proceed.

Decide
If we're a fit, we'll send a scoped proposal with the seven-stage plan, milestones, and owners. If we're not, we'll try to point you somewhere that is.
